Customer feedback

Here you have the possibility to give written feedback to our activities (orders, processing, etc.) via email.

This requires the specification of basic data:
Order number, facts, affected employee, time schedules, etc.
Anonymous feedback will not be processed.

The bvfs is also pleased about positive feedback.

Complaints have their own complaints procedure.
In the case of complaints, the bvfs will provide a documented written answer within 3 working days confirming the receipt and explaining the further procedure and the timeline.

In simpler cases, which do not require extensive research, the further course of action can be established immediately, in more complex cases no later than the date stated in the original reply.

The process continues to be followed by an internal, independent body until it has been completed to the satisfaction of the customer or forwarded to external parties for further processing (conciliation).
